TERMS & CONDITIONS
To purchase online, you can pay via Bank Transfer or by Paypal. With Paypal, you do not need to have an account – you can directly use your credit card.
First, please select your size in the cart to purchase and proceed with the order. Once the payment is received (into our bank or paypal account) we will dispatch the garments.
If you require a different size and yours isn’t showing please fill in the contact us form and we may be able to help you. If you select the back order option your product will be delivered to you in 2 to 6 weeks, again please contact us if you would like more details on timeframes.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES & APPROVALS
We do not offer a refund for change of mind purchases so please choose carefully. If you are unsure about a size or style please call 0274363533 or fill in the contact us form and we may be able to send the garments to you on Approval. We will do our best to help you with any questions you may have about the fit of our garments and which garments go well together as an outfit. Approvals need to be paid before we send the garments to you. Any unsuitable garments need to be received back to us within 7 days and then a refund will be given to you or alternative sizes sent to you.
We will issue a refund to your bank account in the case of your garment being faulty (unless this was already stated) in the manufacturing or offer to repair or replace the garment.
If you require a refund please email or phone within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Any refunds will only be issued after inspection of the faulty garment and the garment must be in an unworn, unsoiled condition with the original swing tags attached and returned within 7 working days.
EXCHANGES
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel if you have any issues with the sizing of your garment.
Any exchanges must be returned to us within 7 working days and with contact via email or phone.
The garments must be in an unworn, unsoiled condition with the original swing tags attached.
No Returns or Exchanges on Reduced Items. Sale items are the Final Sale (unless you have asked for them to be sent on Approval).
Any return postage is at the customers expense. Once we have received your original purchase to be exchanged and it has been checked over, we will then send a replacement or exchange garment, postage free. Please note the garment to be exchanged must have the original swing tags attached and returned in unworn condition.
Some colours of fabrics may vary from photographs. If you require a fabric colour swatch please email or call and this should be available to be posted to you prior to purchase. We endevour to photograph our garments to capture the colour as close as possible.
